The 18-year-old winger scored twice for Southampton as nine man Fulham fell apart in Division 2
Nathan Tella scored in both halves as Southampton inflicted a second successive Premier League 2 Division 2 defeat on nine-man Fulham to seal a 2-0 win at Motspur Park.
Tella (pictured) gave the visitors the lead in the very first minute when he struck from close range.
Fulham struggled to find any rhythm and their frustration told when Marlon Fossey was sent off for a challenge on Ben Rowthorn on 62 minutes.
Southampton made it 2-0 with seven minutes remaining when Tella produced a brilliant solo run and finish.
Within 60 seconds Fulham's Mortiz Jenz was dismissed.
Southampton boosted their play-off hopes by moving a point and a place above Fulham into sixth, on 30 points, one behind Reading.
