Miguel Arrested for DUI in L.A.

   

Singer was held for a few hours, then released on bail.

Miguel was arrested on suspicion of DUI yesterday morning, TMZ reports. California Highway Patrol pulled the "Adorn" singer's 2013 BMW X6 over at around 2:15 a.m. for dark window tints.

Miguel reportedly smelled of alcohol when officers approached the vehicle, prompting authorities to administer various field sobriety tests, all of which he failed.

The 27-year-old, born Miguel Jontel Pimentel, blew a .10  and .11 on the breathalyzer, well above the state's .08 limit. He was taken into custody, booked and released on $5,000 bail, hours later.

A court date is scheduled for September.
