Rick Ross Upset Over Losing Reebok Gig

 

It looks like Rick Ross hasn't made peace with losing his Reebok endorsement deal. Days after the rappertweeted his thanks to the sneaker brand comes word that he's actually pretty angry about how things turned out.

TMZ reports that Ross releasing a statement on Twitter and via his rep, was all a farce. Instead, some inside the Miami rapper's circle of trust say he feels "entitled" to forgiveness because he believes that he put in a lot of work to make Reebok relevant in hip hop. Rozay stands to lose anywhere between $3.5 million to $5 million in the botched deal.

Although there are no public statistics supporting the claim that Ross made Reebok hotter in the streets, the company could care less about Ross' gripes. "We are very disappointed he has yet to display an understanding of the seriousness of this issue or an appropriate level of remorse."

Harsh words considering the fact that Ross seemed earnest when responding to the controversy over his alleged rape lyrics on Rocko's "U.O.E.N.O."

The rapper acknowledged the "great responsibility" he holds as an artist, calling his rhyme on the track "offensive," and not a reflection of his "true heart."
