Since the beginning of the third millennium nature each year is increasing its pressure on people. Nations reports that over the last three years of economic losses from natural disasters annually exceed $ 100 billion. Only last year from natural disasters affected 106 million people and more than 9,000 people died. Disasters cause even dangerous social phenomenon: strengthening the struggle for resources, conflicts, political and financial crisis and famine. past decade prolonged drought in Africa led to unprecedented number of deaths from starvation.
